Evolution是2003年初Triple H建立的一个组织，主要的成员有Triple H和Ric Flair。之后他们分别把两位新人带入到组织里面，分别就是现在大名鼎鼎的Randy Orton和Batista。四个人之之后的Raw上几乎横行霸道，特别是到了2003年底，四名成员都拿到了冠军腰带。
到了2004年的SummerSlam，Randy Orton打败了Chris Benoit获得了世界重量级冠军。之后Triple H突然攻击了Randy Orton，因为他认为Randy Orton把属于他的冠军腰带夺走了。Randy Orton就此与Evolution反目。
半年后Batista获得了Royal Rumble的挑战资格，而已经从Randy Orton手中抢走了腰带的Triple H为了让Batista移到SmackDown去转而挑战JBL，安排了骗局。Batista发现后与Triple H反目，也离开了Evolution。
最后Triple H在与Batista一系列的比赛之后休息，而当他回归与Ric Flair搭档比赛的时候攻击了Ric Flair，Evolution四个人就此完全解散。
